Untuk menyelesaikan isu ini sila ikuti langkah ini
1. Buka aplikasi Dos (Taip cmd dalam Start Menu > Run)
2. Taipkan msiexec /unregister dan tekan ENTER
3. Kemudian taipkan msiexec /regserver dan tekan ENTER
Sebaik-baiknya komputer anda perlu direstart.
